Computer service and repair, both hardware and software, on Macs and PC's.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We've been using Macs and PC's since the mid '80's. As a piano player, photographer and videographer, moving to digital media was a lot of fun!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our primary specialty is the Mac. We provide on-site service for software issues, and can rapidly repair hardware issues. We're pushy about getting our customers to automated backup solutions. We only sell the best answers in the business, that we've used ourselves and believe in.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in downtown Bellevue.

The Eastside is our primary service area--including Bellevue, Medina, Hunt's Point, Redmond, Issaquah and Sammamish. We also go to Seattle.
