What is your primary product or service?
Emotional one-on-one support by breast cancer survivors to those newly diagnosed with breast cancer - both women and men.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The founder, volunteers and Executive Director are all breast cancer survivors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide one-on-one Emotional Support by those that have experienced breast cancer and the treatment journey when most other agencies and providers do not offer the ongoing personal support.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
All Volunteers work from their home. Our plans to expand will be in meeting the needs of patients in a wider geographical area.

What type of payments do you accept?
All our services are provided without a fee. Our Volunteers are not paid nor do they receive reimbursement. The services are completely at no cost. We DO receive donations from other individuals, corporations, granting organizations and from some fundraising activities.

We serve the greater Puget Sound Region.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The organization is a non-profit 501 c (3) entity. An Executive Director accountable to a Board of Directors runs the daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
The hours are flexible based on needs with services accessed via phone or email for matching Referrals to an appropriate Volunteer.
