How long have you been in business?
Since 1986 I have owned my own travel agency business. Have been in the travel industry for 40 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Honeymoons, family vacations, group travel, cruises
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After college I was offered a job with a major airline which gave me a great backgroung on great customer service, solving any issues, and doing things the right way.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have traveled most places in the world, and Europe over 125 times, taken over 60 cruise vacations and ongoing training. I offer great customer service and my customers are #1, which in these days is very hard to find. I have customers who have been with me and recommend their families and friends to me due to me taking very good care of their travel. I am with them from the time they book until they come home. They know I do things right.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I had several locations and currently all of my agents work from home, as most travelers want to call instead of making a trip to an actual storefront location. I have found that we are able to give each customer more personal attention and more time to plan their travels. We also make appointments to meet at our customer at their homes or a public location.

I have customers all over the USA and Canada. I live on the Eastside of Seattle and have customers in the entire area of Seattle.

9am-5pm Mon-Fri and after hours and weekends by apppointment. Emergency texts and emails until 10:00pm and on weekends.
